It happened around eight yesterday morning on the train tracks at grant and railroad avenues. The Alameda County Fire Department says the boy was pronounced dead at the scene. A man was shot tuesday night outside a home on Mount Frazier drive. Officers responded to a call about a family disturbance. Police say a 28yearold man came out of the garage and charged at one of the officers with kitchen knives in both hands. An officer fired his gun. The man was shot and later died.
