around the bay is okay, we're not following a tracany hot spots. f your headed to the san mateo bridge it was see that there is a lot of space between cars and the drive time is 12 to 13 minutes. the richmond center fell bridges problem free. the golden gate bridge is also looking good. overall, there are no problems with visibility. i want to take over to the traffic maps and we do have one accidents to report southbound 101. it looks like this accident has pushed over to the right-hand shoulder. one vehicle is leaking fluid. i am not sure if any emergency crews are headed to the scene. we're not seeing any slowing or delays. >> some residents in san francisco's richmond district are waking up to a power outage this morning. right now, p-g-and-e is working to repair to restore power to everyone in the area. utility crews found wires hanging in the area and are now trying to figure out what is the cause of the outage. the customers impacted by the outage include those living in the richmond district and north of the >> after an out of service train derailed bart gates are open once again at the concord station. the train derailed friday evening. crews spent saturday using a cars from the track - repairs test trains and inspections the crossover track still needs repair. the cause of the derailment remains under investigation. >> one person was injured in a the weekend in concord. police received a call about the robbery on via doble near highland parks. when they arrived, the occupants of the home say three suspects entered the home and robbed them. and that two of the three suspects had guns. all three suspects are described to be hispanic men in their 20 and 30's. the person injured suffered minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. >> and a story you'll only see on kron 4. two people have been arrested in connection with a shooting inside an oakland mcdonald's that left one man injured over weekend. kron4's maureen kelly was on the scene as the suspects are taken into custody. >> oakland police stated that it was 9:30 a.m. when that recalled to the shooting. >> at this woman in the back of this car stated that she is of the person at the center of the dispute with one man being shot. this person in the striped shirt, was the triggerman. the woman is believed to be in her 50s was involved in an argument and then a physical altercation took place. this happens inside of this mcdonald's the door the breakfast rush on sunday morning. the man and a striped shirt left the restaurant and then allegedly got a gun out of his car and went back inside. the victim was shot in the stomach. right after the shooting that put out a description of the two people and the car there were seen driving. it was only a few hours later that a citizen spotted the car. officers found the man and woman just a few feet away and they stated they recovered the gun. >> the police is crediting the community's involvement. they were able to close this quickly. >> thousands are expected at the funeral services today for two c-h-p officers killed last week while responding to a 9-1-1 call. last monday. officers brian law and juan gonzalez died in a crash on highway 99. the two officers were killed when their car flipped over after swerving off the road to avoid hitting a person. the officers will take place at the save mart center in llowed by into a plant that will process certified organic meat. marin sun farms is buying the company. the slaughterhouse voluntarily shut down after recalling nearly nine- million pounds of meat earlier this month. >> a suspected member of the hell's angels motorcycle gang has been arrested for battery and committing a hate crime. this is following an attack on a man in santa cruz on saturday. police say the attack happened on walnut drive around 2:30 in the morning. a man told police he had been called a racial slur and punched in the face by another man. the suspect, john smith, left the scene after the attack. officers found him a few blocks away, lying in the back of his truck. police say smith had clothing indicating membership in the hell's angels. maligned >> san jose police are investigating a death at oakridge mall. kron four got a tip from a viewer on our facebook page. a person fell to their death at a parking garage on blossom hill road in san jose. police are not releasing many details at this point. the victim has not been identified. police would not clarify if this is a homicide investigation. >> a 17-year-old girl was arrested for drunk driving after an accident that injured five passengers in redwood city over the weekend. police responded to the solo vehicle accident at the intersection of jefferson when they arrived they found bottles of alcohol inside the car and near the scene of the accident. eight people were in the car at the time of the accident. police add the teen girl failed a series of field sobriety tests. >> police are on the hunt for a child rapist who they say is on the run. denver officials describe eric hartwell as extremely violent and a repeat sex offender. he was last seen wearing a puffy coat, blue t-shirt and blue jeans. it's reported that he has cut off his ankle bracelet and disappeared. this isn't the first time hartwell has taken off. he did the same thing in 2009. at this point authorities aren't sure where hartwell is headed. >> a southern california middle school teacher is facing child molestation charges. police say fullerton teacher melissa lindgren, sent lewd and inappropriate texts and photos to minors. the claims came to light when two students told their school counselor something needed to be done. >> the counselor e. immediately called the police. >> you trust your teachers. unfortunately, not every person is who you think they are. >> lindgren has been teaching at nicholas middle school since 2008. the school is offering counseling for both faculty and students. held this morning through concord. friday evening, one of the trains derailed damaging crews worked over the weekend to make repairs. the cause of the derailment is under investigation. >> one person was injured in a home break-in in concord. police say three suspects broke into a home on via doble yesterday near highlands park. two of them were armed. they robbed the victims and fled. the person injured is expected to be o-k. >> and thousands of people are expected to attend funeral services today for two c-h-p officers killed in the line of duty. officers brian law and juan gonzalez were poisonous meatballs have now been found in the twin peaks and diamond heights neighborhoods. the meatballs are laced with rat poison. after pet owners called police, animal control found at least 21 contaminated meatballs. malignedanimal control says there could be more of the deadly meatballs out there and they are encouraging people to keep a close eye on their pets while police try to hunt janiero's sewage is treated. the rest flows raw into waterways. at least 100 demonstrators were arrested. including 20 journalists. >> in china, more than 300 runners stripped down to their underwear state health officials have illness since a doctor requested polio testing for a child with severe paralysis in 2012. since then, similar cases have sporadically been reported throughout the state. happened. if you are a commuter, you do not care, you just want to know is bart is available. >> bart police chief is taking on critics of the transit agency. in a memo to employees, chief kenton rainey says that a few individuals inside and outside of the agency were undermining efforts to improve the force's reputation. he says the bart's and training on handling warrants and high- risk operations is adequate, but could be improved. right now, bart is investigating the death of sergeant tom smith who was shot and killed by a fellow officer. it happens as the to the research and
