member of the wisconsin national guard has caused an uproar on social media. this is one of the photos, where 14 soldiers were seen joking around in front of what authorities say was an empty coffin draped with the american flag. the wisconsin national guard has responded to the incident and saying they are appalled by the offensive photos and comments that appeared on this soldier's social media
