the golden gate bridge they have pretty clear conditions and no problems with the visibility. >> police in solano county shut officer- involved shooting last night. it happened near dixon, close to the off-ramp of pedrick road. police say the suspect in this case was accused of assault with a deadly weapon in sacramento. when they received a call regarding a stolen white truck out of concord, they investigated further and found this was the same suspect. california highway patrol saw the suspect on interstate 80 and pulled him over. that's when police say the the officers.forcing him to shoot. line one of the officers and this charged one firearm striking the subject. he went down. immediately, they tried to render a first aid and take him out of the line when he became combative. >> the suspect was taken to a hospital in vacaville with unknown injuries. police had interstate 80 eastbound shut down for several hours for the >> a mother and her boyfriend are behind bars for the suspected of killing a 3-year- old. kayleigh slusher was found dead in a napa apartment over the weekend. her mother, sara krueger, and krueger's boyfriend, ryan scott warner, were spotted at a restaurant in el cerrito. they were later arrested at the el cerrito - del norte bart station. neighbors of krueger say she was a good mother.and it wasn't until warner moved in that they began to notice alarming changes. >> she was trying to better her life. the little girl-- she was trying to be a teacher and she was going to school. it seemed like she was doing good and last year, he will then and six months later she change. >> last friday, kayleigh's grandmother called police.saying she was afraid krueger was under the influence of drugs and not able to take care of kayleigh. police investigated and could not find any evidence of drug use. the next day, kayleigh was found dead. results of the autopsy have yet to be released. police say kayleigh showed signs of blunt force trauma and being sexually assaulted. >> a teenage oakland boy, accused of murdering his 17- year-old sister made his first court appearance yesterday. the 14-year-old is facing one count of murder for the shooting death of justice toliver. the teen is also facing several gun -related charges. he made his courtroom appearance, at the alameda county juvenile justice center, where his attorney says, the plastic bags. you have to either bring a resuable bag or pay ten cents for a recyclable paper bag. restaurants and non profits are exempt. stores that provide services.like dry cleaning.are also exempt. the ordinance was adopted back in september. los gatos joins 23 other cities in san mateo and santa clara counties in the campaign to prevent environmental damage. >> san francisco city attorney dennis herrera has filed a lawsuit against a social network site, saying it puts minors at risk. meet-me - dot - com is a popular social networking site that allows strangers to interact. herrera says, the pennsylvania- based company -- violates california laws -- by relying on legally invalid consent from minors -- ages 13 to 17 -- to reveal their personal information to strangers. the suit alleges that dozens of minors nationwide. have been targeted by predators and child stalkers. who prey on victims through the social networking site. the lawsuit is seeking a court order. to former teacher accused in a youtube video of child sex abuse has now been arrested. she resigned, two weeks ago, from her job as a school administrator in southern california. andrew spencer reports the video made by an alleged victim has resulted in more than a dozen criminal charges. linejamie says she didn't think this video would go viral so quickly. >> "you should be so ashamed and so disgusted with yourself." >> "i am. i am." >> she recorded herself confronting a former teacher about the sexual abuse she says she suffered at her hands. monday night, sheriff's deputies arrested that teacher. andrea michelle cardosa now faces 16 felony charges: five counts of aggravated sexual assault on a child and 11 counts of lewd acts on a child. cardosa was most recently an administrator at alhambra high school in riverside, california. that's the school jamie says she called in this video, asking to speak to cardosa. >> "i was only 12 years old when i met you. do you realize that you brainwashed me and you manipulated me and that what you did was wrong?" >> "yes, and i regret it." >> cardosa resigned on january 17 -- not long after the video was uploaded on youtube. another person claiming to be a victim has since filed a complaint, accusing cardosa's former school district of negligence. jamie says the abuse happened "off and on" for six years, starting when she was 12. as an adult, she says she considered going to the police, but she thought the statute of limitations had run out. in a statement released late monday night, cardosa's attorney says it's his duty "to see may encounter frost. 31 degrees currently in napa. we have not hit the morning lows and the temperatures will continue to bottom out. we will hit those lows on right around sunrise. as we head into the afternoon we are talking about a mixture of sun and clouds and seasonally warm temperatures. 56 degrees for santa clara and redwood city will have a high of 56. we will keep temperatures mainly in the low 50's at the san ramon valley. san francisco will be a 54 degrees. upper 50s for places like napa and petaluma. here is a look at satellite and radar. we're waking up to dry conditions however we do have changes to talk about that we may see rain as early as wednesday night. futurecast 4 shows the clouds are born to command. >> when we put the clock into motion your evening ride home will see light rain for the golden gate bridge, bay bridge and san francisco. as we continue to a factor you will see that the bulk of the moisture will fall and late night wednesday. we will continue with laced with deadly additives. last month, at least 22 people in western pennsylvania died after using heroin that had been mixed with fentanyl- a narcotic sometimes used to treat pain in cancer patients. this young man named andrew was almost one of them. >> "i just finished doing, you know, the heroin, and i walked into the bathroom -- and i just woke up on the ground." >> experts say fentanyl is mixed with heroin to enhance the high. it only takes a small amount of fentanyl to get you hooked. or to kill. >> "it's done in terms of micro-grams. so tiny." >> "and if you mix any of that with heroin, what happens?" >> "it's hard to dilute it - so the heroin-user has no idea what they're getting. and they put that into their arm, laced with fentanyl and it's a deadly- it's what we call hot-shots." >> james capra says police are telling them that it's not untypical to see a user who's injected fentanyl with heroin-- dead, with the needle still in their arm. it can kill you that hospital and the sheriff's department. the attorney for lynne spalding's children will file a claim later this month against sf general hospital and the san franciscoriff's department. inspectors shows that a doctor ordered a "coach or sitter" for spalding. and said to never leave her unattended. and when spalding did go missing. the sheriffs department did not search all the hospital
