living in the park was watching to docs for someone else. he stated that the dogs turned on him and started to attack him. a good samaritan was also bit. once officers arrived they pulled out their guns and chemist the area and from one of the dogs. police tell me that it was still acting aggressively so they shot and killed him. >> the police came in and they basically had a firing line. the docks just kept going further into the park and the second time, but black dog was sitting on a table and he was shot. >> the original victim was transported to the hospital. the good samaritan who was a bit in the leg refused to get medical treatment. they're not sure who they belong to. they're trying to search the second one to make sure that it does not attack anyone else. >> here's a live registration bill yesterday. the bill now moves on to the assembly. >> a home lands security department drone has crashed off the coast of southern california. customs and border protection says of the drone was on a border security mission. a mechanical problem developed about 20 mi. southwest of san diego. that is when the crew decided to crash it in the ocean. the drone was one of two predator b drones that were equipped with radar specifically designed to be used over the ocean. the cause of the mechanical failure is unknown. >> the cruise ship on which hundreds of people got sick street's main stock index rose. >> here is a look at yesterday's closing numbers. the dow was up 90 points. the nasdaq gained 14 points. the s&p 500 also 10 points. at&t and boeing both fell after issuing disappointing for your forecast. dallas led as is online and prices fell again. what has been a real concern has been the sharp drop in currencies and turkey, argentina, south africa. turkey's home alone and a man shot her and took off. police stated that this type of activity is unusual for this area. >> this place is usually quiet. the neighbors are close knit. this particular incident is the first time that we have had this and sometime regarding this type of activity. >> police think that there was only one shot fired and it damaged a house next door. it is some cleared this time if
