docks just kept going further into the park and the second time, but black dog was sitting on a table and he was shot. >> the original victim was transported to the hospital. the good samaritan who the drone was on a border security mission. a mechanical problem developed about 20 mi. southwest of san diego. that is when the crew decided to crash it in the ocean. the drone was one of two
