sissel is on the scene. there you can see the traffic is coming in from highway for because this is just pass highway 4 on ramp. it is backed up the ride all the way into vallejo. it is across the cortines of bridge for interstate 80 in the westbound direction. this has put extra pressure on 680 in the southbound direction. westbound highway 4 is slow also. an earlier accident at a street in hayward also has jammed the traffic. it is solid all the way to union city. >> heading towards the small grave there was an earlier, an accident that left traffic sluggish from dublin. a look at the bridges here is the commute to the bay bridge and even with the slow traffic all the east shore freeway they're still backed up in the toll plaza and the drive time is 17 minutes westbound. the san mateo bridge the traffic is getting heavy and over 13 minutes for the commute time. the golden gate bridge 11 it is cloudy and foggy. >> let's head over to erica. >> it may be incident free but we are
