bruce barthelemy as the san jose police officer was shot and killed a man they said tried to ram him with a car. this is video from our helicopter partnership with abc seven news. the officer, members of san jose metro unit, were dressed in plain clothes when they noticed a suspicious car and found out it was stolen. the passenger in the stolen car is now facing several charges. >> a train hit and
