The officers caught up to him and he hid behind multiple here earlier. Aps said two separate times, the man pointed his gun at officers and that is when that i fired their weapon. Its not clear how many times he was hit or if he fired back at the officers. But four officers with seven years experience, pulled the trigger and that suspect was taken to the hospital. He went through surgery and is expected to be okay.
