atmosphere, the dryness of the fire fuels. combined to ranking them from zero to ten. and that's where we will start off tomorrow morning, but the numbers will climb significantly especially for parts unfortunately the system is not going to bring us anything in terms of shower activity. the closest that's going to be far northern california and then a few hit or miss showers. it's not going to amount to anything. >> reporter: already by midday. we are gong to see clear skies. but the breezy condition will be with us through the rest of the weekend. the wind will be noticeable already as the sun comes up tomorrow. the strongest winds will develop from midday during the afternoon. 20 to 30 miles an hour gusts inland with 30 to 45 miles an hour gusts along the coast. it's not strong enough for a wednesday advisory, but it's strong enough to move you and on the road if you drive a higher profile vehicle. more hands on the wheel. if you have the inflatable halloween decorations on your lawn, i would leave them deflated or otherwise they might pick back up. 25 to 35 miles an hour gusts again, cooler temperatures are moving in the atmosphere to. temperatures mostly in the upper 50s to around 60 degrees. those numbers don't drop too far for the rest of the night. we'll wind up in the 50s across the board by early saturday morning. high temperatures will be below average for
