the oakland hills. we're told just after 5:30 a.m. neighbors awoke to banging sounds when fda agents arrived with a search warrant for the mayor tom about 5 hours later our cameras caught agents leaving with about 10 boxes and several bags of material from within the mayor's home. i'm going to step out of the way for you guys to get a closer look. in a statement today, the fbi confirmed federal activity at this location. but would not elaborate for further word of the rate has sent shockwaves through oakland leadership, including council member carol five, who told us that she heard about the news live as it was unfolding. everybody doesn't happen overnight. terribly shocked. i woke up this morning. prepared to address the juneteenth incidents at lake merritt yesterday. and as soon as i turned on the news i saw what was breaking and so we having to regroup to do some investigation and make a bunch of phone calls around what's happening. um but the city business still has to go on. i still have to work with our public safety teams and ensuring that we have peace. and safety in the city. now here on maiden lane fbi has cleared this scene, which has settled down a bit in the last hour. but within about the last 10 to 15 minutes, this red card that you see behind me did pull up in a male exited the vehicle. we're told agents have also visited several other sites this morning, but there it is still a lot we don't know about the situation, including the nature of the search warrant or the mayor's possible involvement in this investigation. we have reached out to the it's a breezy 1 at that to we've been dealing with that marine layer, especially in the morning hours throughout the bay area continues. continue to see partly cloudy skies throughout the afternoon hours today i want to focus on the winds, though just around dinner time as we're all wrapping up work we're going to see about 20 to 25 mile per hour wind gust in areas like san francisco along the peninsula, even gusty all the way north long areas like bodega bay into the evening hours tonight and that onshore breeze continues to push its way inland. throughout the overnight hours to so keep going to drop the monitor, and we let head over to where i live. now. san francisco 63 degrees today for our daytime highs there were holding on tight to the 60s, all throughout the bay shoreline. we warm up just a hair more along. 101 down in areas like redwood city with 70s in sight this afternoon. 80s off into the east bay today we have 70s up in wine country, take a look at the santa clara valley 79 this afternoon, your san jose we have 80s just near los gatto's now as we head into the next 7 days, it will feel more summer like in our inland areas watch this. we take those 80s and we replace them with no nineties. high pressure starting to move its way in and dries us up. it warms us up, and we'll definitely notice status we had in our friday and saturday forecast 95 degrees by saturday. not that bad. and then we jumped 10 degrees in the negative direction by sunday, and we kind of average out into the 80s to head into next week. that's our inland forecast. watch what happens as we head over to the bay a lot cooler, a lot cloudier. we've been talking about this all week. that marine layer just wants to stick around its june gloom, and it's definitely noticeable in the morning hours, actually. actually warm up into the upper 70s by saturday, kind of averaging out into the low 70s upper 60s heading in early next week, which is right where we should be for this supposed to look like anyone that might be a mix of those 2 names. ziggy marley and danny devito. but we think he has quite the name right. ok. next up is freddie mercury. may be obvious. what inspires his name? obviously that great smile there. freddy is a 14 year old brussels griffin pub mix. he was found in solano county and adopted by his family back in 2012. then we want to show you daisy mae of 14 year old. she is the reigning queen of unconventional beauty over in lafayette. now she's hoping to ride her unique looks to the very top, and then there's rome of 14 year old pug from rohnert park. he currently lives among other senior pugs at where else the appropriately named pug hotel, he winks and spreads joy at local hospice centers and schools to help teach children about why it's important to adopt rescue pets. we love that. and i think we have a lot of great contenders there for that price. all right. one more story here. hip hop star tyler, the creator is is canceling
