kpix 5. new at noon, police have locad the guardian of a 2- year-old found wandering alone in san jose overnight. kpix 5 reporter jessica flores has more details from the apartment complex where the boy was found. >> reporter: a security guard here at the woods apartment complex in san jose tells us this is the area that toddler was found nd 30 a.m. it's still a mystery how he got here. the security guard saw the boy and he was dirty and only wearing a diaper. he said a couple ead foaround h before police got here. about six hours after he was found, police announced they have located the boy's guardian. >> at 9:2 1, we received today call from a person saying they were missing their 2-year-old child. when officers arrived at that location, which was nearby, they confirmed a lot of the man accused of two unprovoked attacks on bart riders that happened last week is expected to make his first court appearance. 42-year-old mario washington of berkeley is allegedly the man behindhappened thursday at the bay fair station in san leandro. bart police say washington hit a passenger in the head with a metal object, then punched and kicked the victim before running out of the stban.rtioay the suspect punched a passenger twice in the face. witnesses say both attacks were unwarranted. these are assaults are part of the reason that starting today, bart increasing security
