A neighbor questioned the timeline of shellys disappearance to paul and brisbane officers. Shelly was record missing the day before valentines day but didi says she spoke with her about bamboo on their shared fence line on president s day. Family saying thats weird. We havent heard from her since saturday. Why did she come back here on monday . Reporter with paul dead and shelley still missing a two city investigation took shape. Paul titcheners truck in a parking lot with a missing poster of shelley in the back window surounded by crime scene tape with a fremont cruiser nearby. He was a person of interest in the case and never an official suspect. One of the children of the two say both parents are dead. Another bay area missing persons case. Stacey aguilar was last seen at a party in hayward last week. Yesterday Hayward Police announced they have made an arrest in that case. A 23yearold is in custody for her murder. Police arent saying about how he is connected to Stacey Aguilar or a possible motive. Her body was found over the weekend on saturday. He will be in court on friday. Facebooks Mark Zuckerberg and twitters jack dorsey are the targets of a new video from isis. Mark kelly has the story. Reporter she said it began with a knock on her front door the night of december 7, 2015. Mrs. Cortez found the man who she says seemed drunk and high trying to force his way into her home. He continued to bang on our door and, um, was, um, asking us to to open up the fing door. Reporter mrs. Cortez and her husband warned him they were calling police. What they didnt know was the man at the door was an offduty Police Officer and he wasnt alone. We see a second person exiting our yard and he appeared to me like he had a firearm under his shirt and he pointed it towards our direction. Reporter at one point mrs. Cortez said she stepped on her porch and he attacked her. Jumped on me and grabbed me really, really tight and we fell to the ground. Reporter the man was taken into custody that night and could face an assault charge but mrs. Cortez claims after the attack police tried to pressure her into changing her story as a coverup. A federal judge handing down the sentence after yee admitted to accepting bribes and helping to plot an International Arms deal. Ye has 30 days to turn himself in. The stress of it all forced her to leave gunn. She now goes to an Affiliate Program at Foothill Community college where the course load is lighter. This week the cdc is doing its work on the ground. A team of Mental Health experts is investigating suicide clusters in the city after the county Health Department and the district asked them to do a study. Emmas mother welcomes it. Its one of the many pieces of the puzzle that can help us better understand depression, um, suicide and Mental Health issues and help to destigmatize it. Reporter the cdcs research will look at Media Coverage of suicides and factors that might put teens at risk. A serious study of why these deaths have occurred would look at the deaths that have occurred. Im not aware that the study has any plans to look at our 10 dead children how they lived what they thought. Reporter former gunn teacher remembers losing 6 students in his 15 years at the school. This is a very dataoriented study that lacks a huge human component. Reporter this investigation will include meetings with School Meetings with faculty, school, parents, teachers and counselors but wont touch on personal stories. The drinking fountains at Healdsburg Elementary School are shut off this morning after tests showed high levels of lead in the water. For now School Officials are giving out bottled water on campus. Is returning to the port of oakland this morning as we mentioned off the top. The Benjamin Franklin more than 1300 feet long as wide as a football field will be coming into port. Dont forget those express lanes are open in both directions. Roadwork north and southbound 680 between the dublin interchange and rudgear that may slow you down but that should be wrapped up within the next 10 minutes. Live look at the nimitz freeway, 880 both directions near the coliseum. No troubles now. Easy ride northbound 238 to the maze about 16 minutes. Southbound side 880 as you head into hayward so far traffic is doing okay. We have some nice speeds on that south and northbound side of 880 between hayward and fremont. Across the san mateo bridge light conditions right now between 880 and 101. Thats a 13minute ride to head towards the peninsula right now. We are seeing a couple of cars in those cash lanes over at the bay bridge. But nothing crazy. Everything is quiet. You have a nice ride out of oakland into San Francisco. No immediate seashore right now. And the Golden Gate Bridge easy out of marin county now. Only 15 minutes if you are heading from 580 down towards the Golden Gate Bridge toll plaza. And things are very lightly traveled through there right now. If you want to the skip the roads, you can use mass transit. Everything is on time. No immediate seashore right now. And the Golden Gate Bridge<\/a> easy out of marin county now. Only 15 minutes if you are heading from 580 down towards the Golden Gate Bridge<\/a> toll plaza. And things are very lightly traveled through there right now. If you want to the skip the roads, you can use mass transit. Everything is on time. A good sized fire in malibu burned about 20 acres so far. Its near the Pacific Coast<\/a> highway. A number of homes are threatened, very expensive homes at that, and some have been evacuate. A new effort under way to get rid of Daylight Saving<\/a> time here in california. State assemblyman chu of san jose has introduced a bill that could keep california on standard time year round. Chu refers to research that shows negative effects of moving the clocks ahead an hour. They include an increase in workplace accidents. He also says theres no evidence it reduces energy consumption. California voters approved Daylight Saving<\/a> time in 1949. It would be up to the voters to get rid of it completely. In the meantime get ready for standard time to end. Reporter here on san jose avenue in brisbane there are two memorials one in front of shelly titcheners home the other on a corner under a missing persons flyer. This morning neighbors are concerned about what happened to shelly especially after hearing her husband jumped off the bay bridge. 12 days ago shelly was reported missing leaving home without her medication or cell phone. Then on sunday, a womans torso not confirmed to be shellys was found in a marsh near the dumbarton bridge. Then tuesday shellys husband paul jumped off the bay bridge to his death. A neighbor said how he was coping with the disappearance of his wife.
