Here we are at this Electronics Store and Electronics Stores have been a familiar target because at least 7 of them in the bay area have been hit in the past month alone. I woke up to the noise. Reporter he woke up to the smash and saw three men pull off the grab. Their faces covered with bandanas. It was popping through the window pulling things out loading up the truck. Reporter he saw them take speakers from music lovers at 4 a. M. He said they took the goods and left in a red pickup. Not going to say they are the exact thing people are doing, there are similarities to this smashing and going into the businesses and grabbing the items. Reporter this is the latest San Francisco smashandgrab burglary in recent months. In particular, robbers are striking Electronics Shop owners harrods. The owner of this shop says there are have been at least half a dozen similar thefts in the past month. They are striking electric correct me if im wrong music owners shop owners hard. So owners are banding together. They are keeping an eye on each other in other ways and means to safeguard their inventory. Reporter once taken, shop owners say the inventory gets posted at sites like ebay or audiogone and its sold. They keep on doing it. The concerns over crime have grown. According to a new poll, Dignity Health spoke with 600 san franciscans found that 14 of them are worried about crime. Thats up 4 from last year. Concerns about rent and Affordable Housing have doubled since 2000. A third people more needs to be done about holdsness homelessness. Gilroy police have been making Good Progress in a homicide. They have announced the areese of a second suspect. The man is now here at the county jail in downtown san jose. Just one person now is on the loose. She is a teenaged girl. Her name is isabella chaidez. She is 17 years old from san jose. Chaidez was last seen smiling in a Surveillance Video taken in a Convenience Store in East San Jose using the credit card of a man who was murdered just hours before. The victim Robert Heiser was discovered in his home in gilroy on february 16. Neighbors called nine bun after dogs had been barking for some time. There was no sign of forced entry and no obvious sign of foul play but the coroner said it was a homicide saying the 56 yearold man suffered from bluntforce trauma. Yesterday Gilroy Police announced the arrest of a 22 yearold man from san jose. He was actually here at the jail for another crime. Gabriela ortiz, 19 years old, also from san jose, was arrested a week after the killings. The neighbors are still in shock. Horrible. He was a very, very nice man we loved having him live next to us and its very sad. Reporter it was tips from the public that led to that first arrest. A suspect walked into the lucky supermarket on lakeville street monday night over to a bicycle that was placed inside the front of the store and took off with the bike. Every malware leaves a digital footprint on the computer. Investigators then look for changes in the infected computers settings.
