In martinez three people are recovering from injuries after a driver crashed into them outside a family court. And Police Believe the hitand run collision was no mistake. It happened yesterday at court and main streets. Police say a female driver smashed into a car and then drove directly into her estranged husband walking with two women. Then police say the driver backed up to hit one of the women. A witness says it was startling to see outside a court building. There were at least two people i saw on the street, both bleeding, one lady and one gentlemen. 20 minutes later police found the driver, 60yearold Kimberly Goldman dead. She jumped off the venetia bridge. Goldman filed for divorce from her husband back in october. They were expected at a hearing yesterday. The cities of san jose and santa clara are locking horn in a legal battle. Santa clara filed suit against its bitter neighbor to block the project outside the Century Theater dome.
