The women worked out of rental units a couple of them located in a san mateo neighborhood. Investigators say fongs Team Included a photographer, an advertising manager who posted ads on discrimination and redbook. In 2002 an undercover officer in san mateo was approached by one of his prototypes suit. The same scenario happened in 2008 and was approached by one of his prostitutes.
