You have to take charge of the disciplinary process critical. Reporter he was police chief for 3 1 2 years and says from one tony to another chaplin is the right man for the job. He has a reputation for being honest and working hard. So those are two very important things from my perspective. Chief suhr was perhaps the best chief that this city has seen in 40 years. Reporter Martin Halloran is the president of the San Francisco Police Officers association and also thinks chaplin will do a good job but he has been thrown into the deepened of the pool at a very, um, difficult time in the San Francisco Police Department. Citing sfpd policy, it says, orders forbid shooting into moving vehicle unless life at stake hashtag ois. So far no complaints have been filed but it looks like big changes and possibly a battle is set to come. Thats one of those things that i think is very basic as part of overall reforms that we have.
