One woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Six units were damaged. This was the second fire in oakland in a week. On monday four people were killed after fire started in a west oakland Apartment Building days before officials found a dozen safety violations. Investigators say the fire was accidentally started by a burning candle. Look at the man accused of suspected of kidnapping, drugging and sexual assaulting a 13yearold girl. 50yearold was arrested yesterday morning. He called police to report his 13yearold companion ran off. It happened along highway 1. Police say when they arrived the girl showed up covered in scrapes and she said she had been assaulted.
