The judge rejected the motion. Lopez sanchez is an undocumented immigrant from mexico who entered the us illegally five times. He is accused of shooting her in the back on july 1 as she was walking along the pier with her dad. Her death sparked a national uproar over six San Franciscos sanctuary policy.
