It broke out next to the i80 westbound onramp at the 780 interchange. Flames jumped the roadway forcing crews to battle two separate areas. Investigative reports raising doubts about whether a santa rosa mom actually choked a boy she claims bullied her daughter. Attorneys for delia garcia bratcher released the findings that suggest the 12yearold boy choked himself leaving red marks that he claimed were caused by bratcher.
