It broke out next to the i80 westbound onramp at the 780 interchange. Flames jumped the roadway forcing crews to battle two separate areas. Now, this is what the fire looked like from the ground just a short time ago. Flames ripped through the dry brush, thick smoke making it nearly impossible to drive through causing major traffic delays. Authorities say the fire may have started at a nearby homeless encampment. Investigative reports raising doubts about whether a santa rosa mom actually choked a boy she claims bullied her daughter. Attorneys for delia garcia bratcher released the findings that suggest the 12yearold boy choked himself leaving red marks that he claimed were caused by bratcher. The 30yearold mother is facing felony charges accused of physically confronting the boy at Olivet Charter elementary school.
