Police are investigating the citys third homicide in four days. It happened on mill stream drive right near highway 87 about two hours ago. A man was stabbed to death. Right now, the killer is still on the loose. At this point, police are not saying much more than that. We have a crew on the way and we will bring you the latest information as we get it. Also tonight, San Jose Police want to talk to these guys about a homicide case that has gone cold. 33yearold Michael Maynard was stabbed to death after an argument. Police released this Surveillance Video hoping someone will recognize the men calling them persons of interest. Stoner stampede on hippy hill, the scare that sent thousands of 4 20 partyering runs for cover. It started mellow with cops looking the other way. But that vibe quickly changed as andria borba shows us tonight. Andria . Reporter well, six people were arrested out here this afternoon. One of those had brass knuckles, the other had a gun. He is believed to have sparked the chaos on the hill. From the puffers and the pickers, the annual 4 20 smoke out atop hippy hill maintained a mellow vibe that covered the hill in a purple haze until this moment. It was just around 6 00 p. M. When someone pulled a gun on hippy hill and thousands ran. It was a stampede. It was crazy. Reporter this partyer was nearly trampled falling through a barbecue. I heard some girl scream.
