Officers found a 17yearold boy with multiple gunshot wounds who later died. Investigators are trying to pin down a motive. They say the victim didnt live in that complex. In redwood city, the search is on for a missing child. 11yearold David Mendoza was last seen yesterday afternoon at kennedy middle school. He is considered at risk due to his age. If you see him, give police a call. And San Francisco police are beefing up patrols after a pipe bomb exploded today in new jersey. It happened along a route where a charity race with thousands of runners was about to start. Brook silvabraga reports from the scene reporter the explosion blew a hole in this plastic trash can just as runners in the semper five charity race were due to pass around 9 30 this morning but heavy turnout for the race benefiting marines and sailors slowed registration and delayed the start. No runners were on the course and no one was hurt. Its this partnership between volunteers like jack and the citys rec and Park Department that keeps this place special. Parks have a function to inspire and to connect. Bryan stow was among the many patients at the Santa Clara Valley medical Rehabilitation Center who came to reconnect with friends and staff. Theres doctors, nurses, therapists, people i dont even know helped me get this far that have seen me do this. Its amazing to me. So says he doesnt remember his time at the rehab center.
