The complaints by two under aged males students of the teacher at Gilroy High School. It alleges he showed videos with sexual content and used language so graphic, Attorney Gloria Allred and colleagues would not say them outloud. Such graphic language, its frankly, i dont want to say it. Shes not going to say it. Reporter one girl stepped forward after her mother saw a questionable text. She reported it to the School District in october, 2014 he was allowed to continue teaching. The legal team says the two victims could have been spared if the victim had taken action th then. But for the failure of the School District, these children would not have to suffer the way theyre suffering today. Reporter the lawsuit is seeking damages for Emotional Distress and negligence. The last thing a parent expects would be for a School District to ignore a warning. That a teacher posed a danger to children. The judge sentenced turner to six months, a sentence that angered victims groups and others. A sentence carries a mandatory prison sentence, when the victim is conscious. That is not the case when unconscious. Wed then have the same consequences for Sexual Assault of an unconscious person. Meaning mandatory prison.
