Hernandez says he didnt see woods moving threateningly. I didnt see him move aggressive lie police analyzed this video. Its this video Police Believe is revealing. The source says freezing four frames appears to show that woods may have raised his right arm with a knife before he was shot. And that the officer stepped back first before he fired. Reporter the six teenagers involved in the killing of quinn boyar were 1316, today, one received a sentence that will likely send him to prison well into middle age. Its not a happy thing. Despite all shes been through, the widow of quinn boyar told us it wasnt easy to let the young man convicted given the maximum sentence. Its very hard to watch someone be done with their live in front of you. 15 at that time, david mcneil was sentenced to 48 years to life for his involvement for the car jacking and shooting death of 34yearold quinn boyar, an off duty paramedic. Mcneils family left the court in years. He provided the gun. They were part of a group that prosecutors say were on a twoday crime spree. This is pretty hard. Two young men are impressionable, and he was. My client expressed remorse for the out of character crime spree. The mother of a 14yearold shot by mcneil the day after the attack on boyar. Hopefully, this case will help and teach other children and families to really focus in on their kids. And try to help keep them safe from harming others. The alleged shooters trial ended in a hung jury. The retrial is set for next month. Fairfield police say they have recovered stolen mail from homes in several counties.
