body parts found wednesday are those of a light skinned male, but dna will be needed to identify this person. investigators released video and surveillance photos of a man they're hoping to question in this case. vic? >> tonight we have video from a business close to where that was dumped. this video and others police found placed this man walking around with the body in the suitcase for hours before dumping it. abc7 news obtained this video showing a person lugging a suitcase on howard street. the man walks past windows dragging the suitcase he had the same cap and clothing you saw in the close up images. look at the video again. he's pulling the suitcase past a restaurant door, windows. the sfpd images are from a security camera in the neighborhood where a person dumped the suitcase carrying the torso. it appears to be a light-skinned male. >> the person is described as male white, possibly 50-60, 57 58, wearing a pin striped baseball hat and light blue jeans >> wednesday afternoon, police found the suitcase near goodwill industries on 11th and mission. inside, a headless torso then, a leg in a garbage container in front of firestone tires. yesterday, police canvassed the neighborhood looking for the rest of the body parts. they found none. other officers found important surveillance camera video from nearby businesses. one source tells us another camera recorded him wandering around howard and 8th street for an hour that day. investigators believe he is a transient, making it difficult to find him. >> police are asking anyone with information on this case to call their tip line. here is the number. and you can remain anonymous. >> residents of a fire damaged building were told they won't be able to retrieve belongings any time soon. and a man who died in
