charge they do not understand they can come to one of our stores or call us to assist them. wells fargo said it couldn't comment on the case, so offered no explanation on the mix up. none theless, the temperatures close to 900. that starting off with clouds at the coast. some into the coast. one spot here on the peninsula coastline the rest of the coast had lots of sunshine. now, here is the alignment of systems right now. a cold front followed by this ridge of high pressure bringing us a big warm up. that is a dry front, passing clouds, by wednesday a center of high pressure building in to our north. that is going to increase fired. how hot will it be? near 100 degrees tonight, low temperatures dropping into low to mid-50s remainder of the bay area, mainly clear skies inland. low temperatures upper 50s to around 60. mid to upper 60s on the coast. 71 degrees in downtown tomorrow. north bay valleys just above 80 degrees. low to mid-80s in the inland east bay. wednesday, by the debate over athletes and concussions >> now, a tool is testing a tool that could provide information on concussions. >> almost any player in the game knows when they have taken a big hit. spotting that tracks eye motion the player is asked to follow a dot. >> this is a test for focus. they'll know if they're off. >> the technology was developed in part with a grant from the defense department the goal is to detect head injuries caused not by contact sports but battlefield explosions the team has tested the device on soldiers. now his team about to launch a new study. results will be added to data collected from 5,000 athletes across the country. >> 5% to 10% will end up with a consuggestion. >> the goal is affordable and can help spot debilitating brain injuries from battlefield to the
