payment from her ex shows she went to san mateo county child support services web site for assistance. found help line number and called. >> welcome to america hottest talk line. ladies to talk to interesting guys free. >>reporter: she was shock. reached a sex chat line. and thought for sure it was a wrong number. so she called again and again but every time it was the same recording. lead press one now. guys press 2 now. >> wow! that's no child support hotline is it. >> no. >> he called to complain about the sex hotline but nothing was done. that was a month ago. >> i was very dispointed that nothing like that could happen t.an agency like that make that mistake is very unfortunate. >>reporter: our next stop was child support service ins redwood city. despite is he sell why the state of california and we have learned that they knew about this rogue web site way back in october and they are telling everybody please get rid of that hotline if you see it. and as for cecelia sentencing earlier today. the man pleaded got molesting a 13-year-old girl but again the sheriffs deputy let him out by mistake. >> santa cruz authorities have recovered a body found this afternoon in the ocean. it was spotted by a local resident near the pier at sea cliff state beach. sheriff's deputy state park harbor patrol and fire department all responded and discovered this body. the body was taken to the santa cruz county coroner office to be examined. so far the sheriffs office has not released any information about who it might be but their investigation just guest under way in earnest lawsuit armstrong says san francisco finance thomas wise was aware of doping by the u.s. postal service cycling team. he bank roll the team denied that allegation. earlier this year wise said any alleges i was aware of or condoned or supported doping by any team the rider is false. armstrong currently defending himself from a number of fraud lawsuit lawsuits. >> well all this week we have drug dealers in the tenderloin after obtaining federal indictments. those targeted now face stricter and longer federal sentences. word spread quickly among drug dealers. >> are they afraid of the federal indictments. >> yes. it was a wake up call like it's not it's not business as usual any more. >>reporter: still, dave believes it won't stop the drug trade. >> that money out there is always going to be there. always going to be there. and you take us away, somebody else will come and take the place. >>reporter: by the way dave was not a target of the federal indictment. he says would he like to leave the trade and get a legitimate job but he says many drug dealers even if they wanted to get jobs can't. because of the long wrap sheet and lack of skills and who would want to flip local fisherman found the octopus in his catch of dungeness crab. >> like thanksgiving the big sea fest. giant pacific octopus love to feed on dungeness crab so unfortunately they become catch in the crab pot because they see the big crab pot and are dinner and climb in and start feasting and they get lifted up on to a boat. they go oh, no. >> that's right. octopus only live about three years so short life span but they can get pretty big during the time this one weighs about 20 pounds. it could eventually reach 60 pounds. >> series of storm that pass through yot might over the last few week left snow and ice conditions throughout the park. glacier point roads are now shut down until springtime. the other roads in the park are open still. they are cleared by park workers as they go. >> keep the temperatures up. the cloud in association with the cold front that is bringing some light rain up to the north around crescent city. even a little bit of he snow showers over the mountains there. not expecting anything here but it certainly has raised humidity enough to where our temperatures are running about 2 to 5 degrees higher compared to 24 hours ag ago. couple of exception. oakland hayward half machine bay. tower cam are looking towards san francisco. it's clear other than the high clouds. 50 in san francisco. 41 in oakland. 46 san jose. half machine bay one of the cooler spots at 37 degrees. and from emeryville camera bay is just sparkling tonight. santa rosa is at 40 degrees. upper 30's nap a.petaluma. fairfield. 42 in livermore. so at least we are above freezing in just about every location right now. from our sfo camera we are seeing a few clouds passing 32 you but no fog and if you are taking a flight out it's a long weekend for you. taking a business trip tomorrow. weather should be fine shouldn't be a problem out of sfo. spare the air through friday. warming trend for the weekend. we are talking about above average early next week. temperatures will be getting close to 70 degrees in some spots especially down towards monterey bay. so here's the cold front. it's not going to do anything for us. other than bring in a few patches of low clouds towards the morning hours. so overnight in. high clouds clear away. patchy low clouds replace the clouds and then we look at sunshine for the afternoon. temperatures come down just a bit. what's not coming in to the bay area that we really need is rain. so here's drought watch from the noaa as we take a look at our state of california here. extreme drought is spreading northward from southern california. it is now starting to move into our inland east bay. extreme drought shade entered red there. severe drought for most of california here as you look in the orange there so we really need the rain. we need the snow in the mountains and as i look at the computer model can't find anything yet. low 30's to low 40's tomorrow morning and happy to report that you will not be freezing. yes we'll be out of the mid upper 20's we did see those earlier this morning and it was frosty. not 0to say you won't see patches of frost where the temperature drops to 30 in napa. but it's an im practice. tomorrow afternoon temperatures in the mid 50's to low 60's. nothing but sunshine for friday. and the accu-weather 7 day forecast the weather continues to get milde milder. low to mid 60's right on through early next week. a little cloud cover slightly cooler wednesday and thursday. and tomorrow is once again a spare the air day. that is a record according to the air district spoke
