Reporter the man charged with Kate Steinles murder has said he found a gun wrapped in the tshirt under a bench at pier 14. A bullet he fired ricochetted off the pavement and hit steinle. They want to ask him about the gun when the murder trial begins but say the blm is telling them the federal agent is not subject to a state federal court subpoena.
