apartment complex here on 35 avenue around 2:00 p.m. when he may have darted into the street and was struck by an ac transit bus traveling northbound on 35 avenue. the child was pronounced dead at the scene. it is unknown how fast the bus may have been traveling but there was road construction at the time according to police and that slowed traffic. the driver has been on the job since 2011. >> i'm said that jeremiah loved to dance, run, play and shower his family with hugs. this is 7 news. investigators are investigating the crash of spy plane that killed one pilot and injured the other. happened at 9:00 a.m. 60 miles north of sacramento. the plane had screws taken off from biel air force base. military officials say a student pilot and instructor assigned to the first rereconnaissance squadron were on routine training mission. both ejected from the plane. but one was found dead in his seat at the end of a parachute. >> last incident like this occurred was roughly news. late tonight transbay terminal joint powers authority responded to the millenium partner accusations. they released a statement saying there is no evidence to support the claim that the dewatering caused the tower to settle. tj p a says when they started working on the transbay terminal the tower had already settled 12 inches and was til tilting. authority is blaming the tower the month. in san rafael, carolyn tyler, abc 7 news. the cost to fight the fire in monterey county has now surpassed 200 million dollars. it's the costliest fire ever in u.s. history now at more than 208 million. previous most expensive fire was the biscuit complex fire in oregon and california back in 2002. this fire has been burned 189 square miles since it started july 22. it's now 71 percent
