he crashed into a wall. he was an experienced sky diver. >> and in may, 17 sky drivers took off and landed upside down. they were not hurt. >> police in vallejo are investigating two deadly shootings. the first at 4:30 this morning. officers found a man lying dead in the street. they do not have any suspects in custody. a little less than two hours later, a man walking his dog found a dead body behind the middle school. investigators have not said if the two cases are connected. >> here in the bay area, at least two people have died in motorcycle crashes over the past few days and data shows the overall number of motorcycle accidents are on the rise. now california is close to becoming the first is state to make the act of lane splitting legal. >> reporter: these are some of the motorcycle collisions we've covered in just the past few days. a crash on interstate 80 in san francisco. this deadly motorcycle crashed in milpitas. >> i wouldn't say that we've seen more motorcycle collisions recently. the unfortunate thing is if a motorcyclist is involved in a collision, they're more likely to be injured, which means we're going to have the roadway closed longer. >> according to a recent report by california office of traffic safety, motorcycle deaths increased 12% from 2013 to 2014. one controversial maneuver, lane splitting, is getting the attention of lawmakers. assembly members passed a member that would make it legal in california. >> it's not legal and it's not illegal. it's a gray area. >> reporter: having guidelines is heful. it helps people learn the right way to do it. >> tony bartholomew said his goal is to make sure drivers see him. >> i do it because i need to get to work every day. it's safer than trying to ha out behind a car. the chance of new jersey, another event is going on after a railing collapsed during a snoop dog rapper last night. he had just taken the stage when a railing gave way and people fell to the concrete below. night. this is a live look at the golden gate bridge where you really couldn't see the sky today. let's bring in abc 7 weather anchor with a fresh look at the live doppler. >> you can see fog pushing from the coast. it's partly to mostly cloudy at least at golden gate bridge right now. as people start to leave the park, they'll find mostly cloudy skies, pretty chilly and breezy. the breezes are pretty strong up to about 20 miles an hour at times. tomorrow will be a bit sunnier than today and a little milder but still rather cool with a high of only 63 degrees. with all those thousands of fans here, it will probably feel a little warmer than that. a full forecast in a few minutes. >> some people are returning to their home after being forced out of monterey county. the fire has burned more than 56,000 acres and is 45% contained. a total of 57 homes have been destroyed. 2,000 more remain threatened by the fire. it all started by an illegal camp fire left unattended. it has wiped out one of the california feeding stations but none of the birds living in the big sur area have been killed. the fire is burning about eight miles away from three nests containing young kondor chicks still being fed by their parents. the fire has burned now nearly 5,400 acres and is 45% contained. the fire is forcing lane closures this week. cal fire tonight announced all lanes are now open. still ahead on abc 7 news at 9:00, a look at the future of social media scamming. plus a piece of silicon valley history up for auction that could go for millions of dollars. . >> a california gun rights group is suing lawmakers who supported controversial gun control legislation. the firearms policy coalition filed a federal lawsuit friday on behalf of an unnamed member responsible for the post. that person vowed to keep the addresses posted till lawmakers voted to repeal the laws or died. a new twitter scam using artificial intelligence is so clever, it can trick two out of three people. tech security firm zero fox created a twitter bot, which is software which created automated tweets to target uses. it found that two out of three times people clicked on the link without knowing what it is. this is known as fishing. scammers usually send them out of mass tweets that work about 10% of the time. security specialists say it's easy to protect yourself. just don't click on links without knowing what they are. we celebrate how far technology has come over the past 25 years. abc 7 news was at the computer history museum today where dozens of vintage computers were on display. today marks the 25th anniversary of the creation of the world wide web. experts say most people don't know the difference between the web and the internet. >> the internet is really just a medium that is used to exchange information between computers. the world wide web was really bringing documents and bringing a way to browse them and look for them and view them in a human readable way. >> the web started with a first browser designed by steve jobs. still to come on abc 7 news at 9:00, the federal plan that has angered water advocates and farmers groups. plus warmer temperatures are coming. spencer christian is up next withaccuweather forecast. >> and the giants hunter pence got bruised but . farmers groups are upset over having to wait on a possible decision to change california's water management. managers want to reevaluate the san joaquin delta and the endangered fish that live there. it could take two years. scientists want to s scientiig farmers groups said they need decisions to be made about water now. >> the biggest frustration for us in the course of this drought has been the admittance of an elected official like our governor saying i don't know how we're going to get out of this. that's not acceptable anymore. >> water advocates want to use the depleted reservoir near santa barbara. >> a warmup is on the way. spencer christian has our full accuweather forecast. >> it was dreary today but it's going to get sunnier ahead. there will be more clouds to come during the overnight hours. temperature change in the last 24 hours, you can see near the coast and the bay most locations are about 1 to 2 degrees milder than they were at this hour last night. look at the inland areas. livermore 5 degrees cooler, concord 6 degrees cooler than last night. a mixed picture when you look at the 24-hour temperature change. this is a view of the rooftop. it's 56 degrees here in the city, 60 across the bay in oakland and 57 apiece at morgan hill and half moon bay. i'm going to go to a live view at the golden gate bridge where it's not quite so cloudy or foggy as it was earlier. it's 58 in santa rosa, 62 at fairfield and 68 at livermore. one more live view from our emeryville cameras. you'll see some fog and spotty drizzle mainly near the coast and bay overnight. warming trend begins tomorrow. temperatures will continue rising to the middle of next week. lows generally in the mid 50s with fog advancing across the bay. we'll see a little cooler weather with lows in the low 50s. tonight at 11:00 tonight, notice the surge of low clouds and fog across the bay and locally inland. at 5:00 tomorrow morning, this will be the picture. it will pull back to the coastline by the mid-morning hours. mainly sunny skies inland. for the week ahead, i mentioned the warming trend coming our way. we'll use livermore as our indicator as a high temperature trend for the next seven days. average high this time of the year is 88 degrees, a high of 84 tomorrow, right around average on monday and tuesday and temperatures drop off to about 86 or 87 for the remainder of the week. that's pretty much the pattern most of our inland areas will see in seven days. look for highs of 78 in san jose. on the peninsula we'll see highs in the low to mid 70s, upper 60s to 61 on the coast. now up to santa rosa, a high of 83 tomorrow, over napa, a high of 78, 69 in oakland. here's the accuweather seven-day forecast. see high temperatures rising up to 90 inland on monday, 92 on tuesday and temperatures taper off just a few degrees on wednesday and level out. we'll see mid to upper 70s throughout the bay and 60 to 6 on the coast. so milder, more seasonal weather coming our way. >> we can enjoy a break from the heat for now. >> mike schuman is off. rick joins us with a
