After finding more than a pound of pot in the car on campus, hes facing two melanies and a misdemeanor. Big topic at Hercules Middle School today the arrest of a teacher, 66yearold allen goodman. Police found marijuana in his car in the schools parking lot. Last night the principal called. Reporter what was your reaction . Afraid, scared. Reporter goodman has taught at Hercules Middle School for 12 years are he made bail last night officers the marijuana in the car and the pot growing at his house to be testified at a lab. Tests show it is marijuana. Officers found well over 4,000 in cash in the car and more at his house. The School District says it is prepared to deal honestly with any student questions. We are here to talk to them and explain that adult decisions have consequences when that happens and insure them that it is safe for all students. Reporter the bizarre twist is how it started. A School Employee saw a vehicle belonging to the teacher, engine running, doors unlocked. Police showed up to find out who it blonded to thats when they found pot and money the rest un who it belonged to thats when they fought pot and money. Police looking for one possibly two suspects who allegedly shot shot at an officer this morning. The officer was not hurt and ended up chasing the vehicle. The officer detained two men, one or two others are still at large. Right now, two women being held in a san jose jail accused of shooting another woman outside an office max store this morning before 3 00 at the Plant Shopping Center off kurtner and monterey highway the victim was shot in the lower half of her body is expected to recover a window at the store also shot out. Police are trying to figure out a motive. Occupy oakland demonstrators staging some activities today to mark the one Year Anniversary of being evicted from the plaza. Nick smith joins us.
