to snuff. the mayor says what happened last night has nothing to do with communications, it has to do with officer training. take a look where it ended last night, a high-speed chase crashing at 85th street. police were after drive-by shooting suspect and it ended there, a officer shooting and p killing a suspect. one officer was on his way getting his squad car's computer fixed. dispatch did not go through, the system was not functioning according to the police officer association. police could not get a call for an ambulance. another agency had to do that. the mayor sails she had her tech crews on the system all last night into this morning and the police union president says it's too much of a bad system. the mayor says she's told it's too little training. >> it's too dangerous for officers to work under the environment they're in. at some point we may have to take legal action against the city regarding our safety on the street. if we can't protect ourselves, how are we going to protect the public? couple days. the record highs warmer. temperatures a little cooler. going to be harder than it has been the last eight days. upper 60s to low 70s in the south bay with mid to upper 60s through most of the peninsula. mid-to upper 60s along the coast and downtown south san francisco. we'll have pretty much low to mid-60s throughout the north bay valleys and the beaches. cloverdale 70. low to mid-70s here. throughout the state you can see sacramento and fresno cooler because of the fog. upper 50s, near 80 l.a. today. big sur 70, dry tahoe and yosemite. bring is back home tonight and see the tulie fog and temperatures upper 30s east bay valleys. low to mid-40s around the bay and the fog at the coast. that's the sea breeze returning as this high pressure starts to break down tomorrow. so hold on one more day today bringing us mild to record-setting temperatures. this brings us the breeze, eventually this rides over the jet stream and dives into our neighborhoods. sunday it drops all of our
