still don't want to get in trouble. >> reporter: the man reached out to abc 15 upset that he could register to vote even though he is not a citizen. we won't reveal his name but he says he has lived in the us legally since the 80s. a few months ago he backed anybody who could register to vote. when he applied only does online he used his true name, social security and drivers license number. he says the only box he checked in accurately was legal u.s. citizen. >> it's rigged. not in the sense that someone took this guys name, but the system is all screwed up. >> reporter: reached out to maricopa county recorder's office and we will have their statement coming up. also, coming up what when he found out what happened. the fbi issued a warrant to search the emails for the top eight of
