with his car. katie katie? >> reporter: dan, the judge denied his bail saying that he is too dangerous for the community. take a look at this video. payne walks up and slumps in front of the judge, almost as if he couldn't keep his eyes open. surveillance video is making national news as it shows payne basically stalking the officers and then accelerating right into them with his car. one of the officers is sent 20 feet up in the air. payne made no mention of the crash. he avoided eye contact which clearly frustrated the judge. >> i need for you to please stand up straight and give me your believes that this guy right here, he is the one that hit the 19-year-old as he was trying to get his car jumped. dps said that he took off at the in a white truck. truck but are now looking for suspect possibly in a gray chevy impala. you have to notice there is damage on the right sunday side of the car. so dps believes he might be driving this car even possibly this morning. they are
