mesa fire says that boy climbed out of a window and got into a swimming pool. we're told the water was murky and it was hard to see him. his father found him and sadly he died on the way to the hospital. a heart breaking story out of texas. authorities saying they belief they have found the body 10-year-old missing girl. officials issued an amber alert wednesday. sources say authorities are most part it's going to be nice, clear, and sunny conditions. we're going to be in the medium range for today, monday, and also on tuesday. so just kind of be aware of that. as far as those forecast we go. it looks like we'll be in the 80s around central phoenix and central arizona. looks like 70 in prescott. upper 80s here in the colorado river valley. 87 in lake havasu. 89 in yuma. and then taking a look at the southeast valley it looks like a lot of us will be in the 70s today there. nice mild conditions. overnight not so bad here. looks like 40s and 50s in southeastern arizona. the east valley right now. 84 in gilbert. 83 in paradise valley. as far as the west valley is concerned pretty much the same. 83 today the high in buck eye. we'll climb to 87 degrees tomorrow. still keeping lots of sunshine. all in all i think still a beautiful day. 88 on tuesday. just a smidge warmer. we're also going to crank up those breezes too. sticking with that 85 on thursday dipping down information into your news room right now. two people in serious condition after a dui crash overnight. both people inside the pickup truck had serious injuries when they were taken to the hospital. the driver being charged with stabbing that happened. all of it taking place inside of a home. right now we're told investigators are looking at a person of interest. as of right now no charges have been filed. meantime two men in jail right now accused of a violent attack in oakland california. police say eight people were hurt including those two suspects. one of the people shot is in critical condition this morning. police say witnesses told them a fight broke out right before the shooting started. we are following several high profile court cases this week. tomorrow pedro morales is going to be in court. he's accused of killing another man and stabbing a pregnant woman and a phoenix police officer as well. one night later there were concerns that he was not competent to stand trial. a judge ruled he was back in april. cassie sackwriter right over here she is going to be in court tomorrow. while driving drunk and high in september. a judge's decision to release her until her trial sparked outrage online especially since she had at least 20 prior arrests. and leslie merit jr. he's going to be back in front of a judge as well. but this has nothing to do with the freeway shooting. this is actually in regards to him violating a restraining order which he was arrested for just last week. right now the job for the city manager of scottsdale still up for grabs. two finalists withdrew their name for the consideration this week. those finalists will be interviewed on wednesday and thursday. these are big shoes to fill because that's whoever lands this job is also going to have to service the acting city manager. a justice of the peace here in the valley in some hot water this morning clancy jane is now accused of ethical misconduct and not reporting campaign primary most part it's going to be nice, clear, and sunny conditions. we're going to be in the medium range for today, monday, and also on tuesday. so just kind of be aware of that. as far as those forecast we go. it looks like we'll be in the 80s around central phoenix and central arizona. looks like 70 in prescott. upper 80s here in the colorado river valley. 87 in lake havasu. 89 in yuma. and then taking a look at the southeast valley it looks like a lot of us will be in the 70s today there. nice mild conditions. overnight not so bad here. looks like 40s and 50s in southeastern arizona. the east valley right now. 84 in gilbert. 83 in paradise valley. as far as the west valley is concerned pretty much the same. 83 today the high in buck eye. we'll climb to 87 degrees tomorrow. still are learning more information about a double shooting where a man watched his uncle die right in front of him. both of them were shot in the street. unfortunately that uncle did die. the nephew now in stable condition and recovering. the feoff few telling phoenix police that four suspects drove off in a car together. police are saying a witness hed going on before shots rang out. some new information into your news room right now. two people in serious condition after a dui crash overnight. both people inside the pickup truck had serious injuries when they were taken to the hospital. the driver being charged with stabbing that happened. all of it taking place inside of a home. right now we're told investigators are looking at a person of interest. as of right now no charges have been filed. meantime two men in jail right now accused of a violent attack in oakland california. police say eight people were hurt including those two suspects. one of the people shot is in critical condition this morning. police say witnesses told them a fight broke out right before the shooting started. we are following several high profile court cases this week. tomorrow pedro morales is going to be in court. he's accused of killing another man and stabbing a pregnant woman and a phoenix police officer as well. one night later there were concerns that he was not competent to stand trial. a judge ruled he was back in april. cassie sackwriter right over here she is going to be in court tomorrow. while driving drunk and high in september. a judge's decision to release her until her trial sparked outrage online especially since she had at least 20 prior arrests. and leslie merit jr. he's going to be back in front of a judge as well. but this has nothing to do with the freeway shooting. this is actually in regards to him violating a restraining order which he was arrested for just last week. right now the job for the city manager of scottsdale still up for grabs. two finalists withdrew their name for the consideration this week. those finalists will be interviewed on wednesday and thursday. these are big shoes to fill because that's whoever lands this job is also going to have to service the acting city manager. a justice of the peace here in the valley in some hot water this morning clancy jane is now accused of ethical misconduct and not reporting campaign primary
