Were standing southwest of 83rd and buckeye lower buckeye road. It started at a house party according to neighbors. There was teenage house party going on. We do know from police that shots were actually fired at this house party. If youre looking at our video you can see the yellow shell casings were. There were a half a dozen to 10 shots fired that we can see markings of. The victims were actually driven from here to a quick trip which is in the tallison juris dickson. That makes this pull son police on this investigation because theyre having to handle what happened at the quick trip. So we do know that somebody, one of these teens who showed up with two of for them. Now, both of those teens were rushed to the hospital. Again, we have a male, 15year old that was shot in the back of the neck. We have a female that according to phoenix fire was actually shot in the face. We understand is hit around her nose region. A man in his 30s was shot during a house party. The group of people stepped outside and got into an argument. At last 5 shots were fired and two striking the victim. And it ends today. Its a chance for these men and women get up to date training since many are volunteer firefighter areas. I had a chance to see firsthand the kind of training it does take to save lives. Reporter jackets on, pants up and gear ready to go. But these firefighters arent running out for a call. Theyre ready to learn. And push. And come through the door all over the state have come to mesa for training. Many from rural areas where its mostly volunteers and there isnt much money for training exercises on this scale. These arent the kind of things you learn in a traditional setting. This is hands on experience and for some, this isnt the first time theyre getting find the wheel of a fire truck and its harder than it looks. Can i get [indiscernible]. More than a couple, but to get better. These men and women will learn to do rope exercises and go through smokefilled buildings. Others brought from new mexico and california to teach.
