Even as police are approaching, you can see someone is spinning doughnuts in the intersection. It appears someone may have gotten hit by the same car. Police say they have no reports of any injuries. No arrests were made either but police recorded license plates of some of the cars so they could be tracked down later. Neighbors say those stunts are becoming too common.
