Fired fbi director james comey will be testifying less than an hour from now and we at least know some of what he is going to say. Reporter comey will detail three meetings, six phone calls with President Trump that took place before he was fired. Its expected that he will address reports about his interactions with the president regarding the agencys probe into former National Security adviser Michael Flynn as well. Comey is expected to say that he considered it inappropriate for the president to pressure him into dropping the fbi investigation of flynn. The Senate Intelligence committee released prepared testimony and Opening Statement by comey yesterday afternoon. In it, comey says he told President Trump he was not personally under investigation but he did not want to say that publicly in days mr. Tru unle mr. Trump came under investigation later. Trump demanded loyalty and said i hope you can see your way to letting this go, talking about President Trump. Democrats have criticized President Trump, republicans, on the other hand, treading lightly. It was inappropriate to so obsessively hound him about making the case against flynn go away. More than a dozen Elementary Students in fremont and their families are closely awaiting the results of a critical blood test. Those students were poked by another child who found a discarded medical device on the street. It happened eight days ago at cabrillo elementary school. The poking tool is a listen set used by diabetes patients to prick their fingers to test their blood sugar levels. The school said one student ended up poking 14 others. We spoke to a second grader who was a victim. it was purple and he poked me in the arm right here. He was poked with a needle and from now until who knows when if brian may come down with something and this is scary. Reporter so right there youre hearing from the second graders grandfather. The school says it took them five days to figure out what happened because the student in question denied poking anybody. These families say they didnt find out for a couple weeks. All 14 poked students were tested for hiv and hepatitis. Right now theyre awaiting on the results. New details to share this morning. It appears the mt. Diablo School District issued a response for plans for a splinter School District in walnut creek. A much smaller School District is in the works that would cover a handful of schools in part of walnut creek. A lot still has to happen for the idea to become a reality but the mt. A video shows a man on fire after a car crashed into a pole. As the man tries to get away from the flames you see approaching officers walk up and kick the man right there several times.
