4:31 with breaking news out of syria. doctors without borders saying 27 people were killed in overnight air strikes. one strike hit a hospital. there are reports 14 patients and medical staff, including the only remaining pediatrician killed in that bombing. there have been several air strikes during the past 48 hours. they estimate more than 60 people have been killed. sources tell us police have a man in custody for the gristly killing of a couple. that man is the victim's own son. nothing officially has come out of police headquarters, but they might be questioning the suspect because his name does not come up on the arrest log. we are looking for that after the weekend homicide in the evergreen community of san jose. sources tell us police arrested the eldest son of the slain couple in the tracy area. ironically the police chief and tracy is a former top cop here in san jose. police have been looking for robby for questioning. they cleared the youngest son of wrong doing shortly after the murders. a family member found the bodies and called police reporting they had been victims of a double homicide. there were strange writings left behind on the walls of the homes. one said, "sorry, my first kill was clumsy." victims were active members of the evergreen islamic center but police said this was not a hate crime, but the couple was likely killed by someone familiar to them. >> over the last two days, several sources told me that the parents, the victims, appeared to not agree with the eldest son's sexual orientation. no motive yet. new twist involved in a beating scandal. it involved a gold necklace. deputy sold the necklace in november during the beating. the public defender released the video petrov is suing the sheriff's department for the beating. a search for a man and motive. a suspect on the loose after a pregnant woman is shot in the head. 25-year-old marissa johnson was shot by her alleged ex-boyfriend. this happened yesterday morning at a retirement community in pacifica where johnson worked. luckily, both her and her unborn baby are expected to survive that attack. a south bay teacher has been arrested for trying to get kids to send him sexually exploitive photos. he posed as a woman or girl and was receiving illicit pictures from minors. the school district superintendent is expected to speak later today. switching warm weather. as we focus in on the weekend, we are that much closer. 76 in the south bay tomorrow. saturday up to 80. 87 once again in the north bay on sunday. in the peninsula, looking at low 80s there. upper 80s for the tri-valley south bay and some of those inland areas where we will feel like summertime out there. make some plans to get out there to cool off and make sure you have air
