They have not yet made any arrests. Now to a High Speed Police chase in the east bay ending in a dramatic arrest that started before 8 00 last night when chp tried to stop a driver with no plates. The driver gunned it triggering a chase that spanned several city streets and then crashed into a bart construction site.
