The president campaigned for months, close to two years, repealing and replacing obamacare. There is opposition for this. Can the president who prides himself on negotiation skills get the art of the Health Care Deal done . Is his Charm Offensive going to work . I dont think so. First of all, i dont think he will get the votes in the senate. He may not get them in the house. The problem is this is not a repeal. By definition, it is not repeal. The fact is they dont have the votes to repeal it. Senate rules dont allow them to. You need democrats to repeal. The democrats passed obamacare. You can repeal parts of it in reconciliation. That is what the republicans have done. To fully repeal it, you need those votes. They dont have it. Now theyre problem is pretending it is repeal. If there is a repeal, there is no replace. The bill starts amending the aca. Obamacare. What we have is marginally tinkering and not changing all that much obamacare as it exists today. You wont get the Freedom Caucus on board. It is a trifecta of unusual behavior. He was receiving classified Intelligence Briefings as a nominee and transition. He did not disclose his work on behalf of the turkey government to the Justice Department as required by federal law. It appears the white house was informed of his role as lobbyist for a foreign government, but they in fact put him into the job of National Security adviser and did not do anything about it. First of all, investigators will probably be looking first at the insider. To get access to those sensitive material, you have to be on the Computer System of the Intelligence Community.
