Now ill remove it and anthony. We will deglaze the pan. Why . The flavor of all this comes from the deglazing. The flame has to be high. We add white wine to it. This is all it is. Picking up all the great bits and pieces. It smells good. Thats going to burn off. You know that biurns off in a couple minutes. We will add Chicken Stock<\/a> and bring everything back in. Now we start adding the chicken. Sausage. Herbs. Here we roasted garlic. It gives it a nice sweet flavor. Thats what i taste. Instead of raw garlic and having that really garlic pungent taste, it has the sweetness. You add red pepper to that which makes it okay. Sorry. We precooked potatoes. Yukon gold. We will add some lemon. Right. And just to brighten up the dish, we have white wine vine r vinegar. We take this pot and put it in the oven. We let it cook for about 20 minutes at 350. You want it to brown. Get it a little more brown. Raise the heat at the end. Ladies . Everything is infused with flavor. The simplicity makes a difference. 20 . Yes. Lets talk about that.
