They have the darker wash denim and hit just at the knee cap. I added a black top to further create the illusion of length. What about the color of the shorts . You want them to blend in with your skin color . If you are trying to look taller you want something darker. We will see light shorts in a minute but you have to be careful with lighter on the bottom. Where is joe an . Making a statement. She wanted a dressy shorts look so i love these lace shorts from overstock. Com. Lace is a huge trend this season. I am wearing the same pair. I wanted to show them styled a couple of ways. I added the flowy top. It is all about proportioning and length. She is showing skin on the bottom. With women over 40 it is not the same rules that apply for skirts. About 90 of the clothes and goods you buy here are manufactured or at least part of them overseas. It is difficult to find made in america clothing and other items. You have to read the labels carefully. What about the price factor . I think a lot of people would love to do what you do. It depends what you would like to purchase. The clothing is a little more expensive but you understand why. The other goods and stuff if you wanted to buy glasses and a can opener. The clothing wasnt as bad as i expected it to be. The outfit today is all usa made. My outfit today is all made in america. My shoes are made from california. I have everything old, new, borrowed and blue. I have everything purchased and made in america. You are doing it again. Just started yesterday. What do your kids think of doing it . I really feel they appreciate it. They are in the stores with me and checking and having fun looking at labels. When you find something made in america they are so excited. Its a nice lesson. I wanted to teach instead of complaining about it go out and do something. How practical is it for people to do what she is doing . Consumer reports did a study and said 60 of americans would pay ten percent more to have products made in the usa. The issue is a lot of folks dont do what ann marie did and read labels or go and find out whether or not the products they want are made here, made in the usa find American Made products mptd it takes leg work to do that. It is going to be more expensive in many cases because of the cheap labor they can get overseas. It is right here. I would have to drive another five miles to get the other one. What are you hoping to teach people . This year we are doing it again. I want people to be aware of where their purchases are coming from and i want to start to contact the companies and say i didnt find anything in your store from america. Is that anything you can reconsider . Asking for it. A big lesson the jobs that stay in this country and are created by us buying here in the u. S.
