>> super juicy burgers today. everybody wants a grilled burger and you hear about burgers and they're dry all the time. so people get worried, they want to cook the burger to where it is not -- they get scared of -- so this is the best way to make a burger juicy every single time. i hunt with my son, we hunt turkey and stuff on my ranch. we make wild turkey burgers all the time. i came up with putting mayonnaise into the burger. that keeps it juicy. add a little bit of mayonnaise. >> how much? a tablespoon. >> a couple of tablespoons for a pound and a half of meat. i like to add flavor, salt, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic powder. >> a little heat. >> that's how we do it. >> mix all this up. >> the mayo is the key. >> if you put a little bit of mayo in the burger, it will -- it is guaranteed to be juicy. >> okay. >> if not, they can call you and get upset with you. you make -- make your burger patties, mix this together real quick. >> okay. >> like this. >> for those people watching their weight, would the light mayonnaise still work too? >> you can use light mayonnaise. i say, first of all if you're eating a burger, you're not watching your weight. >> but everybody likes to save what they can. >> it's like getting the diet coke and a cheese burger. >> would it have the same effect, though? >> yes. what you want to do is get yourself -- i always like to make my burgers three quarters of an inch thick. about like this, right? and then chill them for about an hour so they hold their shape really well. and put them on the grill, like so. >> how long do you cook your burgers?
