Prosecutors didnt file charges but their defense lawyer says this wasnt about the law. It was about bias. A lot of people are saying this issue is about race. The other people that were there evacuated well before the fire and but she was still there. Reporter firefighters hope todays cooler temperatures would help contain the fires. The winds horrible. The only thing that we have had is cooler temperatures and that hasnt affected the fire conditions at all.
