This is all used to be a bus stop that actually was set up about 25 yards away. There are bits and pieces of what i think is a truck but take a look over there, that boarded up wall is where a vehicle went into a building, it crashed into the Apartment Building demolishing two units. The damage to the apartment is extensive, two families are displaced because of the crash, the local chapter of the red cross is assisting with temporary housing needs. This happened at about 1 00 a. M. This morning. One resident says they were watching tv then they heard a thud and the lights went out and they somehow managed to get out of the way of the car just as it came into their home. It was so fast. Reporter according to police, two vehicles may have been drag racing down the boulevard. The drivers of both vehicles lost control, but the bmw went careening into the homes. The driver of the truck ran off and so far has not been arrested. The resident we talked with said the people in the bmw jumped out as soon as their car came to a stop inside of his home and told him, were sorry, were sorry.
