Reporter this body worn video footage comes from two officers, the officer who fired was officer kenneth cha, who was involved in another Police Shooting in january. What kind of discipline are we going to be receiving for this officer who has been involved in two shootings in less than four months . Reporter Public Comment drew mixed reaction. I want to thank you for being there. Because that could have been my daughter that was getting stabbed. Reporter officers released images of the knife and what appear to be the suspect holding it, as thediscussed reforms. We expect scrutiny any time we use force that results in loss of life or bodily injury. Reporter the victim was treated for injuries to his head but has been released from the hospital. San Francisco Police say that they have interviewed about seven witnesses but are still trying to identify three more from those videos. This is body cam footage of that incident back in january. Officers shot shawn moore. Police say moore refused to listen to the officers and attacked them. Moore was shot, taken to the hospital but survived. Today, prosecutors dropped all charges against him. A judge says most of the charges were dropped saying officers should not have stayed in his home after he declined to speak with them. Well, the dream wedding turned into a nightmare, a brawl broke out during the reception. And police swarmed the scene. Take a look at this. This is the video that showed up on social media. Michelle roberts joins us from the reception hall with the wedding photographer who saw it unfold. Michelle . Reporter well, he didnt know why the fight started but it started on the dance floor and came out into the parking lot where the violence broke out. Police are trying to figure out who was responsible. This is video posted on instagram, showing a chaotic scene at a wedding in fremont. You can see several people kicking and throwing punches. And you can hear wedding guests yelling. Some appear to be trying to break up the fight, others huddled around a man lying on the pavement. Two people were taken to the hospital. One of the victims is still in critical condition. People hear the violence, they just ran here and there. Reporter this man is a wedding photographer, hired by the bride and groom. He says just before midnight, he noticed wetting guests arguing on the wedding guests arguing on the dance floor and ran out into the parking lot. Somebody was beating somebody on this side, somebody was beating somebody on that side. Reporter he says he watched the fight from a distance but he says he didnt know who threw the first punches. He was told it was a family dispute. One of the suspects was scheduled to be arraigned today in a courtroom. Police say he is facing a felony aggravated battery charge. The doctors dont know whats going to happen. Hes pretty serious. Reporter Police Arrested and released a second suspect, but they do say the investigation is still ongoing. They want 100 million to fix our aging and ailing levee system. The request for cash follows our recent investigation. We revealed many of the states levees are at high risk of failure, and it could have a catastrophic consequence. A levee failure could knock out the pipes that carry Drinking Water to the bay area for months or years. Four state senators are now asking the state to address the problem by taking money from the general fund to make critical repairs to our levees. They say a wet winter and the problems at the oroville dam have object made the problems worse. New concern tonight for airline passengers. You may have to give up your smartphone. Theyre looking for specific names, maybe someone who fits a specific profile, someone coming through. Its certainly a situation where if youre carrying your companys intellectual property or something that youre concerned about having exposed, you might want to consider not carrying that information across the border.
