What im focused on is this zone of rainfall developing across the Santa Cruz Mountains<\/a> which could produce more mudslides due to the fact that the hills so so heavy and the rain that will likely continue from the corridor through gilroy until midnight. So again, the wettest weather as least through the next couple of hours will be across the south bay. Now as we get a look at the evening forecast, you can see how much instability is here on the future cast throughout tonight. Its going to continue into 11 30 with the possibility of isolated thunderstorms popping up in the north bay, east bay and the south bay. Remember when we show you the future cast, when you see the areas of yellow and orange, thats potentially some heavier down pours. That could produce lightning and a few hail reports.
