But that was two hours ago. Reporter a lot of different stories out here. We talked to two women earlier who were just across the street, and down the street a little bit on the 500 block of valencia from the crown hotel. They told us about Police Officers coming in and telling them to stay in place. They didnt know what was going on. They went to the windows and looked out. An officer told them to please get back inside because the person had a gun. Then they talked about how they were evacuated and concerned about being evacuated, because they said they werent given a shield. We did see video of police shielding other folks as they were being evacuated. This is still a situation out here. The person is still barricaded inside the crown hotel, still trying to negotiate with him, Police Negotiators are. We have not heard anything about any headway in that, as far as negotiations go for police. Were hoping to hear more information from them very soon. Up to date. Thom, while we have you there, the mission is usually swarming with people at 6 00 p. M. On a friday people. Tell us about the foot traffic and muni in that area.
