that tonight. we're just looking at high clouds that are right now moving across the bay area. as we get you in closer, i think there's going to be enough low-level moisture for the possibility of patchy drizzle up close to the coast. you'll need to be aware of that. otherwise in the sky camera network the cloud cover is moving in. temperatures right now in the upper 50s and low 60s. while we have clouds on the map right now, we're going to look at a decent amount of clearing for your weekend. future cast, we'll show you the overnight hours we'll have again widespread areas of gray here at 1:00 a.m. throughout the morning hours, at 6:00 and 7:00, it's still looking like one of those mornings where you can sleep in, stay in wbed longer, when you look outside it's not going to be a sunny start. throughout the afternoon, sunny skies will return for a good section of the bay area. back toward the troo-valley, east bay, south bay. we'll hold on to a few clouds up into the north bay. it's been a close call all weekend long with the potential of some rainfall. but indications right now continue to show this storm system heading off to the north. so better for your weekend plans, worse for the california drought. so that's the situation with that. i think at the lower levels, the only thing we're really facing saturday and sunday is the fact that winds now are onshore. they're coming out of the north and the west 5 to 10 miles per hour. that's the cooler winds for the bay area. by sunday's forecast, the winds are going to shift more offshore. that's a drying and warming wind for the bay area. 10 to 15 miles per hour. that's also going to help the lower humidities. so i think by sunday we'll see that fire danger increase as well. even though it's not a gusty event, with our drought we'll have to watch out for fire threat. as we head throughout our saturday, upper 60s in san jose. chamber of commerce weather. just exactly what we should be expecting this time of the year. morgan hill chose to 70. not quite there. palo alto expecting 68 in the peninsula. and we'll be cool along the coastline in pacifica with 63, just what you want if you're visiting. blustery towards santa rosa, cooler with 70. for the east bay, 67 in fremont. walnut creek 70. tri-valley 68. 70 in danville. the weather trend as we head throughout the next days keeps dry weather this saturday, sunday, monday, and then by tuesday we'll begin to see cloud cover increase. and that's out ahead of our next storm system to bring the possibility of rainfall by next wednesday. we've been updating you on this potential here of maybe one, maybe two different storms next week. it looks like once again wednesday rain returns and then by next weekend there's another shot of more wet weather. i have not increased the confidence level of both of these events just because every time we get a forecast model run, i don't think i've ever seen anything like that in the past five years, it keeps showing something different with the timing. yes, we're going to get rainfall. do expect some timing and intensity fluctuations. all right, i've got this headache to worry about, you enjoy
