is committed to building more affordable house and the city is working to beef up homeless services. and some question whether it is enough to convince the have-nots they can stay here. the new ban tech companies do not like to get involved in politics, they just want to bring to market new and exciting products. with the immigrate politics, they have started to verbalize what they have long known, they need talent and they cannot get enough from those available in the united states. >> you talk about verbalizing, are they doing something? or is it just hot air? >> the game is old fashion lobbying, which is kind of interesting, because we are discussing cutting edge industries at work here. just last week, 20 corporate executives from the silicone valley leadership group went back to washington over a 2-day period. they had one-on-one meetings with 58 members of the house of representatives, a silicone valley leadership group showed the harm to the districts of those representatives from not doing immigration reform. and taking a page from old style coalition building, the sblg, lobbied along side immigration groups pressing for those in the field that were not being harvested. >> what is the shopping list? >> there's a shopping list, yeah, first and foremost, expansion of the h 1 b visa program. it has limited temporary visas to 90,000 slots a year. the immigration bill has 200,000, with future opportunities for hiring. and they need those bodies. the tech community sees the need for research and development, tax programs and energy independence and better education to get it done here at home. whether tech moves congress now remains to be seen. if nothing else, we are learning something, the voice is getting louder than ever. >> and in this bay area has talked with the family, who talked with him this afternoon, and they say they are waiting to learn more information before commenting on this arrest. >> now the u.s. government had made a decision to shut down their embassy in yemen, yemen sources tell nbc that withdrawing encourages al qaeda. it gives them a sense of authority. they are taking the appropriate security measures to deal with the recent al qaeda threat. and there's no indication that the u.s. will reopen the embassy or return staff until they feel the security threat has been completely diminishes, at least for the time being. >> the owner of a canadian pet store could be prosecuted after a 15 foot python escaped and killed two young brothers. the boys were on asleep over up stairs from the exotic pet shop. the and 81 in morgan hill. and 76 in sunnyvale, the breeze will make it feel like low 70s. the thing that is producing the cooler than average air in the rogue showers is this area of upper low pressure, i'm sure it will hang out the next three days and one last thing that i want to get to, is the rain future cast. as we go through wednesday, thursday and friday. rainfall expected to the north. it will get close to us, for us at this point, it mean as possibility of drizzle, for wednesday and thursday. and then you can see by the up coming weekend, temperatures warm up in the low to mid 80s. so
